On the main level, a spacious living and dining room of 32 m2 welcomes you with comfortable seating and direct access to a roofed terrace of 12 m2, from which you can enjoy views of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside. A second living and dining area features a double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a kitchen corner, a shower with WC, and direct access to the swimming pool area. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find 1 bedroom without a window or wardrobe, furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower with WC. Please note that this double bedroom is situated outside the main apartment area.
