Gorgeous home in Pridraga

This beautiful vacation house in traditional and modern style is located in the coastal village of Pridraga in the district of Baturi Donji. It consists of two separate stone houses, covering the first floor and a gallery with a minimum ceiling height of about 120 cm, both extremely comfortable and stylishly furnished. The fenced and beautifully landscaped property offers an outdoor pool, which will provide you with refreshment during the sunny summer days. At your disposal there is also a barbecue and a cozy corner, ideal for nice evening hours, enjoying a summer breeze with a cocktail or a glass of homemade wine.

Be sure to visit the old town center of Zadar, whose narrow, traditional Dalmatian streets and squares with picturesque churches, cultural and historical sights will enchant you. Do not miss the local gastronomic offer as an additional experience of the Adriatic. Excursions will take you to Obrovac and to the canyon of the river Zrmanja, where you can go rafting and kayaking.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaubsort für die perfekte Entspannung und Erholung. Super nette/r Vermieter/in.Sehr individuell eingerichtete Häuser mit viel Liebe zum Detail.Beide Häuser sind klimatisiert. Die Küchenbereiche sind unterschiedlich ausgestattet, es ist aber alles vorhanden.Der Pool ist schön groß, der Grillplatz wird vom Vermieter früh morgens gereinigt ( Grllrost/AscheEinkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung sind vorhanden (Studenac Market/Bakmaz) sowie landestypischen Restaurants (Konoba Maslina oder Batur Benz). Morgens um 8.30 kommt der Bäckerwagen!Das Objekt liegt in einem kleinen Ortsteil (Batur Donji) in Pridraga. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut aber ohne Fahrzeug ist man aufgeschmissen.WLAN kommt vom Vermieter per Außenantenne. Als Tip: WLAN Mobile Hotspot mitnehmen und für 15 bei A1 ne Datenkarte für 10 Tage kaufen funktioniert top!Alles sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal!!!

Die Gastgeberin war super nett.Die Ortschaft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, ein Ort zur Erholung.Der Pool ist gepflegt, das Grundstück ist gepflegt, die Häuser sind gepflegt.Täglich gibt es saubere Handtücher.Was ich sehr schade fand, die Einrichtung ist etwas spärlich. Wenn man seinen Koffer auspacken möchte, findet man nur im oberen Stockwerk eine Möglichkeit dazu. Leider gibt es im unterem Schlafraum hier für lediglich eine kl. Kiste. Für mein dafür halten ...war die Küche auch etwas spärlich eingerichtet.Wir haben selber noch eine Wasserkaraffe und eine gr. Schale gekauft, wie zwei kleine Schälchen.Damit kamen wir dann zu viert aus.Doch das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau! Wer Restaurants aufsucht, die es in der Umgebung gibt, wird die Küche nicht bemängeln!
