The lovely holiday home Alis is located in the small town of Novigrad on the west coast of Istria. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and it's a one-floor place furnished in a modern style, suitable for 3 people. There's public parking for guests, and your pet is welcome. You can enjoy the covered terrace, refresh yourself in the pool surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, or you can always go to the nearby beach and explore the charms of a holiday in Novigrad.
Alis holiday home is a one-storey property and the main part of the interior consists of an air-conditioned open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sleeping area. The modern decor is highlighted by light colours and simple lines, while the wooden beams on the ceiling add a touch of rustic warmth. Wide glass panels along the walls flood the room with natural light. The sleek kitchen next to the exit to the terrace is equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils, and the delicious meals prepared there can be served at the dining table overlooking the garden. A child's seat can be provided on request.
The second part of the airy open-plan unit is a sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobes and a smart TV, with a baby cot available on request. A comfortable lounge chair is located alongside the bed for daytime relaxation. The expansive glass wall offers a picturesque view of the pool and the Mediterranean garden. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and an elegant washbasin, as well as a washing machine and hairdryer. You can also use the iron and ironing equipment provided.
The 150 m² landscaped garden will enchant you with its combination of pebbles, elevated pool and lush greenery. Take a dip in the pool, which is accessible by steps, then relax on a sun lounger with a refreshing drink in hand. For a break in the shade, head to the covered patio where you will find a table for 4, ideal for al fresco dining, and a lounge set with a low table.
