Nice place to stay

The overall 1 night stay very good. Room was clean and tidy. Nice size everything good. Staff very friendly ideal stop off place only 30 minutes from NEC this reason for our stay. Breakfast was good and a good price fresh cooked not buffet.

Noisy Staff

Doors being slamed by staff, invest in door closers, or teach them how to use the door. Staff welcoming each other like they have just found their long lost friend, respect where you greet each other, not outside people's room. Time and a place to talk about what you had for tea. Smoking outside hotel window, seriously?? Cheeky cigs, are not welcomed, especially when it fills my room, with the stench of cigarettes. Mouldy bathroom, lets maintain it, and not ignore it. Shower, it was like something from the 70's.

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet set back from the Inn at the front. Plenty of parking, location much better than the website photograph suggests as it is set back from a quiet road with lots of trees and hedges.

Pleasantly surprised on how clean, nice decor and equipped the room were considering I'm born & beard from nuneaton and none of the above words symbolise the town at tall.

We have stayed at The Chase before on a few occasions over the years and were delighted to see that Green King have taken it over and upgraded the rooms and en- suites. The staff were super friendly and we were delighted to meet Jane again who remembered us. Our room was clean and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Nice touches with the ironing board etc which would be useful for longer stays. We shall definitely return on our next visit to Nuneaton.
