Beware! It is different from the picture. You won’t get what you see on the pictures. Rough customer service and poorly run property. How come they have all these 5 star reviews, I don’t know, probably just fake reviews. It wasn’t completely horrible, just disappointing that it looked like a 5 star hotel and appeared like a hostel instead. It needs a lot of improvement

Great venue to stay for your US embassy visit. The room had everything you need for a prolonged stay as well as for a night. The reception hosts were very responsive and helpful with transfer accommodation and all the queries. The building has a minimarket.

It is a nice hotel, very clean and roomy. The staff is very helpful. When we visited it, the weather was super cold, around -32C outside with strong winds, and inside the room we stayed in, it was pretty cold when we just checked in. We asked the staff to take a look at what was going on, and they helped us right away. After they did something, the room temperature was normal. We will stay there again on our next visit.
