I didn't actually get to stay here because of a system glitch that occurred in August 2024 when I made the reservation- it was in the Expedia system but not the hotel's. The hotel was fully booked when we arrived and I just wanted to share about the incredible customer service we received. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves 5 stars. She was very apologetic, ensured we were kept comfortable with water supplied and made numerous phone calls to find out what had happened and then to find us a room with breakfast, at their partner hotel about 5 minutes away, honouring the same price from the original reservation.

Very happy with this hotel

Very happy with the hotel. I would stay here again. Rooms were functional and spotless. The staff were welcoming and professional. I also felt safe and secure here. The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from the train station and central Nuremberg. There's a Domino's pizza across the street, plus other food places in the train station and city. The single bed was more like small double. I would have liked a slightly bigger duvet, though. Also, bear in mind that there is no kettle in the room.
