Most of the staff were very friendly. The lady with the dark hair exudes distaste with her job and anyone in front of her….. Room was not the bed we booked through Expedia but we decided not to complain and they did offer to move us. It is a convenient location within the alt market but streets are dirty around and red light district very near by. would probably stay in a different hotel next time.

Spacious family room

Family room was spacious but had a relatively small bathroom with two sinks. Room backed up to a street with a fair amount of noise from the bar(s) on it. Opening the windows was not an option and the A/C decided to raise its temperature setting an hour after we fell asleep. Took another hour and I woke up in a sweat, stripped the cover off the duvet, and fell back to sleep an hour after that after persuading the A/C to a lower temp and higher fan setting. Beds were quite comfortable which led to a nearly perfect sleep score for my wife who grew up in Phoenix.

Excellent hotel. The room is big and comfortable. Public transportation is close to enough. However, the hotel is in the red light district and the area did not felt safe.

Hotel was ok. Be weary of its location to the red-light district. We were caught off guard when we rounded a corner just outside the hotel to see some "lightly dressed" ladies hanging out of the building with a gentleman walking around looking for clients. Not a bad location but the family suites are very close to that area so the evenings were a bit more lively.

Property and staff were excellent! Location was very central! All points of interest within walking distance! The only draw back was it is near the red light district, just cautionary note for folks travelling with family!

The room we had was really nice and large, with 1.5 bathrooms. The hotel is well maintained and clean, in an area with restaurants and an easy walk to DB museum or to the old town. Parking is also available for those traveling by car. We found the hotel a good price quality and would stay again.
