We stayed here 2 nights. 1.5 stars is more realistic. At $70usd per night it is overpriced like most properties in Nuwara. We had problems with no tv channels (second night same problem but then a new sky box was put in and we had tv, why wasn't this done the first night?),leaking roof in bath area, room safe didn't work, curtain had a foul smell coming from it and the whole place felt grungy. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Do yourself a favour and pay extra to stay in one of the nicer hotels in Nuwara.

Heavy rains meant that the main electric was off for 2 days. Generator not working for 2 days, Problem with the panel I was told. No electric meant no water.

Nice hotel if you like free street music all night
Terrible night with loud music in the streets that lasted past midnight! On top of it, they charged more than what I booked via Hotels.com. Still have to resolve this issue after I return back to the US!

Awful, damp accommodation
This accommodation flaunts itself online as being more modern as well as being larger. There is no correlation whatsoever between price and quality. The service was atrocious. It took 30 mins to serve a simple breakfast, when only one other family was in The dining room. The room was damp, with mould on The bedroom ceiling and bathroom walks and smelled awful.

The staff of the hotel is nice, however the hotel is not clean and you can barely open the windows. The price of the hotel compared to its conditions is unfair.

It was storming at night, and water started leaking... My room was okay, but lobby seemed to be damaged> < Other than that, room was clean and comfortable!
