The front desk Staff wouldn't give their name or the manager's name. They were rude. There were no bell carts to move my luggage. The toilet was held together with one bolt. The elevator doesn't show what floor you're on. It is a nightmare. The building should be condemned

I liked my room, it was clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is convenient to the NYS Thruway (87), however the signage on the road pointing to the entrance/driveway was a little confusing and should be clearer. I did not eat the breakfast due to time constraints, but it smelled delicious and there were plenty of people eating. The staff was fine, I really did not have to interact to any degree.
