This hotel is okay if you are looking for a spot to rest your head after a day of sightseeing. The carpets in my room were heavily stained and the furniture in the room showed significant signs of wear and tear. The cabinet with the mini-refrigerator and microwave was leaning so band I thought it was going to fall over at any minute. I would still stay here again for the value and the closeness to Sleepy Hollow.

My husband and I reserved a king bed room through Expedia. We arrived early before 3pm check in. We gave them a credit card for $100 hold and explained that we would be at an event all day and would be returning after midnight. The lady at the front desk said the room will be waiting for when you come back. At 1am we made it back at the hotel and was given room #2765 but upon trying to unlock it we found it locked from the inside. Now going back down stairs, the lady gave us room 276 and upon entering the room we found 2 single beds. At this point about 2am in the morning, my husband and I slept in separate beds after 36 years of marriage because we were too exhausted to go back downstairs. When we book the room it was advertised with continental breakfast but there was none and the air-conditioning was not working. In the morning upon checking out we told a different lady at the front desk the above story and after looking into the computer she actually let it out that our room with a king bed had been given out to someone else due to a no show. All she said was "we are sorry" and no other compensation with the fact that we checked in early and advised them that we were returning late toward midnight. I also asked to receive a receipt showing that the hold of $100 was released and she said "no, we do not give that", they are quick to have us sign but won't give us a receipt especially after their mess up! We have never stayed in such an unprofessional hotel as this!

Nice hotel with big rooms

We're staying in the hotel for one night with our friends. We're going to say that it is long time we didn't see so good hotel for so low price. Recommended.

The rooms temperature is at the tip of your finger you can have it as cold as you like or choose to have it as warm and comfortable as you like . I would like to add that theirs a huge parking lot that will accommodate all visitors and some with room to spare nothing bad to say about my experience

We are very frequent travelers and were very disappointed to realize the room and no clock and worse yet NO COFFEE MAKER! There also was no nightstand or reading lamp on one side of the bed. Might be fine for a single traveler who doesn't drink coffee in the morning, but not for older couples.

Non recommended

The facility was filthy, the towels were stained and the hotel looked nothing like described. There was barely toilet paper, had to ask they don’t clean room unless request, the gym wasn’t a gym it was non working machines that were also dirty, only ok thing about place was some of the front desk staff. The night one lady and the morning guy were friendly and helpful. Everything is broken down.

Tub had mold around it, the tub drain didn't hold. Asked for extra towels didn't have them. Only 2 thin pillows. No remote control for TV. Had to get the room keys re-done twice because they would not work. The steps going outside in back the railing was broken off. Was definitely a cheap stay.
