The food wasn't nearly as good as last year's trip to your hotel. The maid service took our soiled towels and face cloths but did not replace them with clean ones. Room wine glasses were left dirty. The noise from the other rooms was deafening. There was no parking available. We had to fend or ourselves and walk a great distance to get back to our room. Dining room chairs were soiled. All in all, it was much less appealing compared to last year. Due to that, we will be looking for a different hotel for our next year's annual trip which is disappointing. We used to love your hotel. On a positive note, the wait staff was wonderful.

Comfortable rooms with a helpful staff. The carpets throughout the hallways looked dirty but I suppose that is subjective. The walls are a bit thin so if the guests next door are making noise you will hear it. Lastly, the hallways and elevator has a strong scent of marijuana. Overall a decent hotel stay for the price point.

The staff was professional the issue is the sound. You can hear our neighbors next door and in the hallway makes it difficult to sleep. Also, there is a light on the air conditioner that is very bright - and is difficult to sleep.

Kids running up and down the hall for at least an hour. The front desk called me at 10:47 and asked if kids were running down the hall making noise. I said Yes. Then 30 minutes later I called the front desk to tell them it was still happening. Really unbelievable. It is very noisy.
