Cozy cottage, a so-called boat manor village Located in an open, beautifully landscaped landscape in quiet surroundings. Big lawn for ball games and play. The kitchen area in addition to the living room, which has a tiled stove, gives a warm, cozy feeling. Here you can see the wild animals that Småland can offer. Near both town (Nybro), Glasriket and swimming facilities. Excellent cycling bike. Bedroom with three beds, as well as an extra large bedroom with two beds and with a nice natural view. The charming house on the hill is beautiful and waiting for visits and the excursions are many. Thus, only about 35 min. Driving to Kalmar and Øland.

Ein Sommer in Süd-Schweden
Wir hatten ein sehr entspannten und vor allem absolut ruhigen Urlaub im und am Haus auf dem Hügel. Das Haus ist klein aber fein.Es hat alles notwendige um 5 Personen zu beherbergen.Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch gern den einen oder anderen Tipp. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal für Fahrradtouren. Wir haben es genossen Gast sein zu dürfen und würden gern wieder kommen.

Schönes kleines Häuschen zum Erholen
Uns erwartete ein süßes kleines Haus in Südschweden. Absolute Ruhe könnten wir genießen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht, Vimmerby, Elchpark, Kalmar und Öland oder einfach Baden in der Ostsee. Ole, als Hausherr war sehr hilfsbereit. Für uns, als Familie mit zwei Kindern war das Haus super. Für kleinere Kinder (steile Treppe)oder Jugendliche (niedrige Deckenhöhe) wäre es etwas schwieriger. Der Garten ist groß. Wir haben uns gerne darin aufgehalten und den Vögeln gelauscht oder Lagerfeuer gemacht. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schön gelegenes kleines Haus
Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Bad ist relativ klein und für größere Kinder ist die Schlafloft oben aufgrund der niedrigen Höhe nicht optimal. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Blick von der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt und uns in das Häuschen verliebt. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Ruhe war überwältigend, sowie der Ausblick aus den Fenstern. Da das Autofahren in Schweden sehr entspannt ist, haben wir auch mehrere Ausflüge gemacht, die sich sehr lohnen, Karlskrona, Öland, Vimmerby, Elchpark alles gut erreichbar.

Optimal zur Smaland-Erkundung
Nachdem unsere eigentlich geplante Ostseekreuzfahrt abgesagt wurde, suchten wir kurzfristig Ersatz und waren sehr froh, dieses nette kleine Ferienhaus gefunden zu haben. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, aber nicht völlig einsam. Die Küche klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet um allen frisch geangelten Fisch zu verarbeiten. Es gibt viel zu sehen in Smaland, Abfahrten sind oft weit, aber das hat nichts mit dem Haus zu tun. Wir saßen gern draußen und nutzten auch den Grillplatz oft. Waschmaschine war auch praktisch. Bad wirklich sehr klein, hat für eine Woche aber gereicht. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit und antworten sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war die Rettung unseres Sommerurlaubs!

En underbar liten stuga!
Vi (2 vuxna och 1 barn på 6år) hyrde denna lilla söta stuga 14 dagar i juli. Stugan är väl utrustad, köket är litet med fungerar väl för den lilla familjen. Allt är rent, fint och välskött, vuxensängarna i sovrummet är bra och det finns fläkt att placera ut både på under och övervåningen vid behov (tack 🌹). Det finns mer utemöbler är de som syns på bilderna bla. 2 sköna solstolar! Vårat barn älskade övervåningen/vinden. Den är supermysig !Där finns 3 sovplatser men de är bara lämpade för barn då sängarna är smala och madrasserna ganska tunna. Det är också mycket lågt till tak (max 160 cm). Det bör också sägas att trappan till vinden är mycket smal, brant och saknar alla former av räcke eller annat som kan hindra ett litet barn från att ramla ner i trappan. Vår 6-åring klarade detta galant så det var dock inget problem för oss. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och återkommer gärna till huset och detta trevliga värdpar!🌹 Tack! /Åsa
