Schön, mal wieder in Nyons gewesen zu sein, einem der schönsten Orte in Frankreich.

ÜberwĂ€ltigend. Die alte Architektur mittig in einer alten Architektur mit einer ganz besonderen kĂŒnstlerischen Gestaltung und Ausstattung. Außergewöhnlich, sicher auch gelegentlich gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig aber in sich stimmig. Es ist eigentlich ein kleines Museum fĂŒr Design und Afrika, mittig in einem StĂ€dtchen das an sich schon ein Museum ist. Einfach klasse.

dĂšs mon arrivĂ©e, j'ai pu constater de trĂšs fortes distorsions entre la description et la rĂ©alitĂ©. En effet, le nettoyage total de l’appartement n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©alisĂ©, le sol, les meubles, les fenĂȘtres (toiles d’araignĂ©es dans la chambre du 1er Ă©tage), la vaisselle, les couverts, les ustensiles de cuisine sales et non lavĂ©s. Nous avons passĂ© notre vendredi aprĂšs-midi Ă  nettoyer les trois piĂšces de l’appartement, sur 3 niveaux. Nous avons rempli 3 sacs de l’aspirateur Dyson. (SaletĂ©, bouloches et autres.) Des connexions Ă©lectriques et internet non conforme aux normes en vigueurs. De plus, personne ne nous avait informĂ© des travaux de façade qu’une sociĂ©tĂ© Ă©tait entrain de rĂ©aliser. (AccĂšs difficile et dangereux, impossible d’ouvrir le volet des escaliers, bruits importants lundi au petit matin) Je loue des appartements depuis plus de 20 ans, je n’avais jamais vu un appartement remis Ă  un locataire dans ce un Ă©tat de saletĂ© aussi lamentable. nous avons passĂ©s 4 heures de nettoyage Ă  4 personnes pour mettre Ă  niveau de propretĂ©, votre appartement afin de pouvoir l’utiliser, comme nous aurions dĂ» le trouver, suivant l’engagement du site internet Abritel. Pour moi cela s’appelle une tromperie. Je souhaiterais Ă©galement avoir les coordonnĂ©es du propriĂ©taire, (adresse complĂšte, mail, tĂ©lĂ©phone) afin de l’informer de ces faits.

Excellent séjour

La place des arcades est un lieu de vie emblematique à Nyons, quoi de mieux qu'une belle maison qui donne directement dessus; La maison est décorée avec goût, d'inspirations multiples, africaines comme scandinaves et la terrasse est trÚs agréable. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas besoin d'une piscine c'est vraiment l'endroit ideal, avec un prix raisonnable pour rayonner dans cette belle région. On se sent trÚs bien dans cette maison et les salles de bain sont quasi ausi grandes que les chambres, tout yest agréable. je la recommande chaudement, d'autant plus qu'elle doit etre fraiche l'été qd le soleil brule.

Magnifique appartement, trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©, avec goĂ»t. Confortable, spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ©. Les enfants avaient un Ă©tage pour eux et c'Ă©tait donc bien confortable pour nous. L'appartement est en plein centre donc on peut tout faire Ă  pied. AlĂ©as du centre ville, c'est bruyant. Pas spĂ©cialement gĂȘnant la journĂ©e par contre trĂšs tĂŽt le matin. Mieux vaut prĂ©voir. Petit bĂ©mol sur le mĂ©nage du sol qui Ă©tait Ă  peine balayĂ©. Le reste Ă©tait trĂšs bien.

französisches Leben wie ertrÀumt

ein sehr geschmackvoll, individuell eingerichtetes Haus, mit Komfort. Ideal mitten in der Stadt gelegen, der Markt vor der TĂŒr. Der Aufenthalt war ein Genuss. Nicht zu vergessen auch die nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft. Ich habe gleich nachgesehen, wann die Möglichkeit besteht, das Haus nochmals zu mieten und habe festgestellt, dass die Begeisterung allgemein besteht, aber im Herbst wird es wohl wieder klappen.
