Welcome to our home! Less than 5 minutes from Ft Campbell gate 4, which offers convenience for military personnel. Just 10-mile distance to Austin Peay State University and 4 miles from I-24, our house provides easy access to Kentucky, Alabama, or Indiana. We are walking distance to the casino, and 2.2-mile from Walmart and various dining options. For those looking to explore Nashville, we are just an hour away. Please take note of our pet fee and additional guest fee detailed below.

We've put great effort into providing all the comforts of home for your stay. Here are some highlights of what we offer:

-Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of the master bedroom, which features an attached half bathroom and a smart TV for your entertainment.
-Living Room and Twin Bedroom: Both the living room and twin bedroom are equipped with TVs, and we've installed Firesticks for your convenience and entertainment.
-Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner, we've got you covered.
-Connectivity: Stay connected with our WIFI service, and charge your devices with ease using USB outlets strategically placed for your convenience.
-Laundry: We provide a washer and dryer to make your stay even more convenient, allowing you to refresh your wardrobe as needed.
-Backyard: Enjoy the spaciousness of our huge fenced-in backyard. Please refer to our pet policy for guidelines on bringing your furry friends.

We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

Perfect Place to stay.

This is the best place I have found to be able to be close to my sister on base. Right outside the visitor center so it made it super easy to grab a pass to enter base. Snacks made my kids happy upon arriving; and washing machine made me happy not to have dirty laundry to return.

2nd stay at a fantastic place.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and it is fantastic! We couldn't think of a better place to stay in the area. The property is super nice and very well kept. I appreciate the cleanliness of the home and accuracy of the property description, as it can be a hit or miss with vacation rentals. It makes for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and hospitable stay!

The owner is very easy to work with and communicated well. The house is well decorated, very clean and has all the nice touches for our stay. The owner provided little things like toothbrush set (this came in handy as our son forgot his toothbrush) and other bathroom essentials and a basket of snacks for us:) We will be back!

Across the road from Fort Campbell

Thank you so much Mr Gary for allowing us to stay in your home. Your location was perfect. And communication with the owner was easy and timely, check in was a breeze. The only recommendation I have to him is a little more explanation that all three bedrooms are not automatically included with the rental. Originally I was under the impression that they were. Once we arrived we noticed that the third bedroom was locked. I contacted the owner and had a discussion about it. He was more than accommodating and allowing us to get the third bedroom for minimal extra cost. The location was great as it was directly across from Fort Campbell. The fenced-in backyard was very nice when having a dog. The kitchen was very well-appointed. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in town.

Nice home

The home was very clean however there was a strong fragrance smell throughout the home. We arrived at night and the neighborhood was very dark, which was a little worrisome, but when we got up in the morning everything seemed fine. It was a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced back yard including a nice set of patio furniture. Other than the strong fragrance smell my only things to mention would be that the master bed was uncomfortable and we were charged an additional guest fee even though the house sleeps 6 and we only had 3 people. I think maybe the description wasn’t super clear or I missed reading about this. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we’d visit again if we were in the area.
