Convenient for Birding

The accommodation is basic, but it’s close to all the important birding areas in the region. Beds were very comfortable and the back looks out on the water, making the patio a relaxing place to stay. The place could use a little sprucing up, but we weren’t in it much time. Thanks.

Horrible property manager, service and rental!!!

After a long road trip with delays we finally make it to the location and just simply want to go straight to sleep, however, was unable to find the actual place we rented because it was so dark out. I called Rick for assistance but he was not understanding of our situation because we woke him up. He was actually very rude, condescending and treated us like crap! Once we're finally in the condo; I was very upset to find that the inside sliding door has a lock but no latch - so useless. The outside screen door handle came right off and took some fanagling to get it back on and locked but not really secure. So one can imagine in the middle of nowhere in the dark with doors that don't lock was very unsettling. So after a long day...there was no sleeping. The fridge was dirty and the couch was ripped with the inside fuzz exposed just point out a few of the other issues. I took pictures and video but unfortunately am unable to post it here. I have never had such a horrible experience on Vrbo.

No issues or complaints. Owner was prompt in responding, very friendly, and helpful!! Previous reviews nit picked at simple insignificant things. Nothing is perfect. Condo itself and location were worth the cost. Would rent again. Clean, roomy, and beautiful view.

We just needed a place to sleep and this place did the job. Cons: No WiFi at this condo, could use a deep scrubbing and some updating. Pros: Rick was very responsive. We were happy to get this place last minute. Condo is in a good location right next to the pool.

Fishing in October

First time there the place could of been cleaner Something broke all on the porch which we notified owner he came over right away seen it but didn’t clean it up granted we weren’t using porch. The toilets and toilet seat were very loose as men that’s a hazard

Two nights for fishing trip

Five guys came up for an all day perch fishing trip. The condo was just what we needed. A perfect base camp, in a very nice neighborhood. The price was right too.
