Pretty location. Condo floor was "spongy" all over, esp in master bedroom. The rental paperwork instructed us to notify of any issues, so I called and reported the floors, as they were bad enough to make the floors unlevel. I was told someone would come assess them. No one came. I called again, after 2 days of the first call to report the ceiling fan and receptacles in the other bedroom weren't working and the receptacle in entrance which is adjacent to this bedroom was making a popping sound. I considered this to be a fire hazard. I was informed that someone would come. I INSISTED that it should be checked asap. No one came. I received a text asking if the unit was clean and if there was anything I'd like to share, which I did. I got a response to that message at 11:30 at night. Someone came the following day. His response to the floors was that the entire unit was old so that was to be expected. Someone came to fix the receptacles (not celing fan/light), and they were informed of the stove randomly going from a high setting to off, which was another potential electrical problem. Nothing was done. Floors sandy. Not sure you can do anyting about that. What's so annoying is I stayed in a house that was twice as large as this condo, paid 200 more, and it was clean, updated, had every kitchen utensil known to man, and plenty of storage. I thought we'd get less of a house but didn't realize how unsafe this potentially would be. It definitely put a damper on things.
