Great location, beach is wide, easily accessible. For planning purposes, bring your own spices, and soaps. Only has a small charcoal grill. During the summer months, might be worth bringing something to cover the upstairs windows to help keep the house cool. The home is positioned to get afternoon sun. It's absolutely beautiful, however the upstairs can be warmer than most people are accustomed to. Great kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, loved the decks and rocking chairs. Super quiet street with small public beach access. Very convenient location to grocery stores.
