Three flat screen TVs with Roku Sticks, DVD/Blu-ray player in living room and each bedroom, CD player and wireless internet access. Books, games and puzzles.

Interior decorated with bright and light decor. Ceiling fans.

Private oceanfront covered balcony with furniture. Excellent ocean views. Walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, outside showers on ground level and near pool. Ground level storage closet with lock. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and it's restaurant.

Nightly rentals available with a three-night minimum stay. Also available for Off-season monthly rentals. Normal prime season check-in day is Saturday.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Mom & daughter vaca

We really loved it. Yes it was a 3rd floor walk up but that breeze & view from the porch made it totally worth the climb. We had no issues with the property throughout our stay. The location is perfect. I was surprised to love the pool as much as I did with the beach right there. I hope to reserve the same spot again next year.

Good stay, with a few issues and suggestions

Overall this was a good size condo and great location overlooking the ocean. Lots of flights and stairs to walk up, which was indicated- but just for people to note this. We had a few maintenance issues that was addressed in 24 hours- the fridge water and ice did not work and the TV did not work- all worked after maintenance came. There was no soap in any of the soap dispensers. It is clear that this is run by a company and not by a person. No personal touches, and having to work through different avenues of the company to get help in different areas- different contacts for maintenance, rental, and cleaning service with the delay in having to wait. And basic things not working because they are not checked prior to guests arrival.

quick beach getaway

2 bed; 1 ba condo; oceanfront; excellent view, party because it was a 3rd story walk up, but at the beach everything is built up 15 ft in the air, so its really a 4th floor walk up! The kitchen was recently renovated and that was good, although small. The rest of the place was in need of a renovation. The cable TV didn't have much on and there was no way to hook up to streaming services. The king bed was VERY uncomfortable.
