Exquisite Views! It “Shore is Beautiful" here! 5 Bed / 2 Bath Ocean Front Home.

“Shore is Beautiful" is a five (5) bedroom two (2) full bathroom house (plus a 3rd large outdoor shower). Located right on the oceanfront. Enjoy the unobstructed views! See the ocean from every room in the house. Hop off the large deck and put your toes in the sand. Perfect spot for your vacation!

The house boasts an open and inviting living area with an electric fireplace and TV with Roku. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you need. There is a dishwasher and a full size washing machine and dryer.

Five bedrooms total: the 3 bedrooms downstairs include pillowtop mattresses. The primary bedroom has a queen and full bath. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with a reading nook and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 fulls and a smart TV. Bathroom 2 includes a full bathtub + shower combination.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with 2 singles, and the other has a daybed with a pull out trundle and a sitting area with: TV, dvd player, games, and an XBOX.

There is high speed Internet (WiFi) throughout the house as well.

Enjoy time on the new front or side decks and listen to the waves crash. For those hot summer days, enjoy the cool sitting area under the house or hang up your eno or hammock.

The large outdoor shower has hot and cold water.

There are plenty of activities in the area if enjoying the beach isn't the only thing you want to do. The town of Oak Island has tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. You can also play on the soccer or baseball field or take the little ones to the splash pad. If you like to fish, it's a great place to surf fish right out your back door, head 2 miles to the pier, or try your luck on the inter-coastal waterway. There are 30 golf courses within a 45 minute drive of the island. 15 minutes away is Southport which has been voted the "Happiest Coastal Town" in the US and has great shopping and restaurants.

A cleaning fee will be added to your total when you book. You are responsible for your own linens. **** If you wish to have linens provided for you (sheets for all the beds, bath towel, hand towel, washcloth and kitchen towel) please let us know and we will add the $95 linen fee.****

Additionally: a starter of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish washer pods and paper towels are provided. Guests may need to bring more depending on the length of stay and frequency of use. Bath soap and shampoo are not provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reason for the 4-stars was due to a slight issue we had when we arrived, we were unable to access the keyless entry with the provided code. Once we contacted the owners, they were able to open it up the remotely.Housekeeping service was great and the house itself was awesome. A few short steps and you are right on the beach. There is plenty of furniture on the outside deck, for those who prefer to stay closer to the house.Shopping and restaurants just minutes away!Highly recommend.

House is nice but in need of maintenance and updating. Outside light needed on the stair case going down to parking, my daughter fell down the steps and hurt herself in the dark. Upstairs windows leak when it is raining hard, also got rain dripping from ceiling in kitchen, possibly from the upstairs window. Loved from the deck and the closeness to the beach, much easier access for senior citizens. Had constant issues with the internet while we were there, was off more than on.

Communication was fine but we rented a pet restricted property because one renter has severe allergies. Before she could sleep the first night, she had an allergy attack. She was miserable and had to leave. When reported, the response was not acceptable. DO NOT RENT IF ALLERGIC. It had great ocean views and access. Essentials for the kitchen. Hot and cold spots through the house was annoying. Roasting upstairs but cold down. I rent at the beach frequently. This won't be on our club resource list. Best we could say was it was ok with great beach access.

Been coming to OKI for 30 years…stayed everywhere from Ivy cottage to Champagne Shores but this little gem was the best stay yet…wonderful hosts, fantastic location, and wonderful views. Thanks again for a fabulous vacation.

We had a great time staying here! Check in was seamless, the views are beautiful, beach access is easy, and the kitchen had nearly everything we wanted for cooking (including basic cooking essentials like olive oil, salt, and pepper). There were some things that were definitely a little bit worn like the outdoor furniture, but overall the house was in good condition. The hosts are very responsive, which is so appreciated!

Lovely Home & Great Hosts!

The house is beautiful, VERY clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen has all the pot, pans, plates, and utensils you could need. It's in a fantastic location as well. Shelby was really nice and responsive to questions. We loved our stay!
