Spacious and adorable house on pilings in a family-friendly, woodland neighborhood located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach on Oak Island's west end. Screened porch with comfortable seating and scenic views. Covered garage and concrete driveway. One master bedroom and private full bathroom located on one side of the house. Two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on opposite side of the home. Each bedroom equipped with its own smart TV.

Open kitchen, dining area, and living room layout allows family and friends to freely interact while cooking, eating and conversing. Breakfast bar seats four. Dining room table seats four. Seating for up to five or six adults in living area, where there is plenty of room to watch movies, play board games, or color with the children!

Master bedroom and private full bathroom secluded on one side of the house, featuring cool and calming light blue tones and a nautical theme. Great for the parents or grandparents of the group! His-and-hers sink and shelves for towel and product storage in bathroom.

On the other side of the house there are two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and one with a double) that feature close-up views of the surrounding wooded landscape. Each bedroom features soothing neutral tones and depictions of ocean life. Full bathroom in between bedrooms, perfect to get the kids cleaned up in before bedtime arrives.

Backside of house has a screened porch, seating for up to four adults, and two ceiling fans. Enjoy your drinks and after-dinner conversation in the breeze! Meanwhile, keep an eye on the kids while they run and play in the backyard.

Great House on Oak Island

Stayed for two weeks while we shopped homes in the area. Have to say it was as clean as any VRBO rental we have stayed in...and pest-free which is not easy in a warm coastal environment. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchenware you need for cooking meals. Everything is quality, not just your average rental home appliances and dishware.Check-in was easy and communication from the property management company was very good.Had a small issue with not having all of the bed linens when we arrived, however I went to the management office and they provided the missing items. First time having a rental where the beds weren't made in advance, but on the positive side, I learned a new life skill.This house is on the quieter west side of the island which was good for us. Location is close to the Middleton Ave bridge making it easy to get on/off the island without having to drive through the more congested east side. In all, I would say this a great house and we would stay here again.

Clean and convenient

The accommodations were perfect for our small family getaway! Plenty of room for 5 adults and one baby. We rented a golf cart, which was convenient to take to the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and helping make our stay memorable!

The outside cleaning needed alittle more detail. There was something dropped and never cleaned up causing ants. We swept the steps because we were dragging alot of sand into the house from them. Overall the place was great for us & our dogs. Easy drive to a beach access,
