Island Tower is the perfect choice for your next seaside gathering! Spectacular 360 degree views of the Atlantic and Davis Canal. Access all three floors via the home’s private elevator. Open kitchen and living area, dining seating for six plus six more at the bar. Reverse floor plan with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors in living spaces and carpet in the bedrooms. Two wrap-around decks with furniture, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Well-stocked kitchen with generous seating in the living room. Situated on a bluff and just two very short blocks to the beach (about 175 yards)! Can sleep up to 10 guests when the den and its queen sofa bed are used as a fifth bedroom and accepts up to one dog per stay. Three TVs and excellent wireless internet access. A great place to work from home, you can’t beat the views from the 3rd floor! 3-night minimums, available in off-season, May and August. Come visit this unique round home on the west end with the bright red roof!

Amazing views and unique property layout. Close to beach and intercostal Waterway. Elevator was awesome to bring luggage and supplies to all of the upper floors - plenty of room for all to spread out. Unfortunately the outdoor furniture was unusable due to Mold and Mildew-had to call to find out where the towels and sheets were located-no starter paper towel or toilet paper made for a challenge and results in what I would call a low rating

Nice place great views

We only stayed 3 nights but really enjoyed it. Very close to the beach and amazing view from 360 degree top floor. Everything was as listed and check in and out was easy. Elevator helped to bring supplies up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Left two garments and property managers mailing it back to us for a $30 fee - helpful.

High School Girl's Reunion

We decided to have our own 55th high school reunion...instead of going to the one planned. We stayed up till 1 am talking and were up early and at it again. There were 4 of us..2 from North Carolina, one from South Carolina and one from Texas. We were/ are best friends..and still are..looking forward to our 56th reunion.

We had a wonderful time having 3 generations together, including grandparents in their 80s. The elevator was very helpful for them! Great space for the whole family, and, of course, beautiful views!

Island Tower House

The house has spectacular views and the large living/kitchen area is great space for gathering. We had only two small issues, one was the furnishings are a bit dated, and for a short wkdn stay we can overlook that, but the bigger issues is the 9a checkout time! That was incredibly difficult and not all of our party could get out in time. And the cleaning crew showed up at 9:01a. We've rented a lot of homes and never had such an early checkout, I wish they would consider moving that back to 10a, especially in the off season.

What an awesome view of both the inland and ocean 360 degree view! Totally awesome

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. The weekend weather could not have been better!!! Totaly awesome. The house was above our expectations and the view can't be beat! The elevator was a huge plus as we were able to have our mom come for a visit as well. I would love to stay again sometime! Thanks to all who helped make this trip a good one.

Christmas Get Away

I rented the house to take my family to the beach over Christmas. The house was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. The selling point to me was the elevator which made negotiating the floors for my handicapped wife and elderly father and mother in law much easier. The only negative for my family is there was not a TV in every bedroom. There are times during the week that family members like to retreat to their rooms for awhile and rest and a tv to watch would make it much more pleasant . Overall, a great property.
