Lovely 4 Bedroom Ocean view house in West Beach

We welcome you to enjoy our family beach cottage. We are located just a SHORT walk (approximately 75 yards) to the beach access . Sleeps 8 , 4 Bedrooms/2 Baths: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 4 Singles, TV in den with Fire TV Stick and DVD player , 2 Bedrooms( King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom has Smart TV) ,wireless internet access. Two covered porches, deck, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and covered parking. South facing porch has partial views of ocean, picnic table, Adirondack rocking chairs, bar table and chairs. North side deck has partial marsh views. Step inside and you'll find an open concept living area. New couch, .loveseat and recliners for 2021 season.The dining and kitchen area you will find updated lighting and tile floor. The dining table seats six, with three additional spots at the kitchen island. The cupboards are packed with dishes, cookware, small appliances, and glasses. You will find everything you need to cook delicious meals. Alternatively, a list of restaurants and menus are provided if you decide
you’d rather not cook. The bedrooms and second floor loft are all carpeted and decorated to give the home a vintage beach cottage feel. Nightly rentals available off season only.

Nice Beach House

This property is perfectly situated across the street and just a couple houses down from public beach access. We were able to come and go to the beach very easily. The property is about 10-15 minutes away from some great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, mini-golfing, etc. The house itself was very nice and clean and we enjoyed the décor. The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The living room area is cozy and there is a cute sitting area upstairs that the kids enjoyed using to play games. We enjoyed the picnic table on the porch facing the beach and ate almost every evening meal outside. There is a shower and hose outside to rinse off sand and a large shed to store your beach gear. The only reason I knocked off a star is because outside there were many ground bee nests (mining bees or yellow jackets) near the front stairway and they would be flying all over the place throughout the day (they seemed to quiet down at night). There also was construction next door which seemed to scatter the palmetto bugs as there were dead ones all over the exterior; however, as stated I'm guessing this was due to the construction. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this property for your beach vacation.

We loved the property and location to the beach. The pictures didn’t do the space justice. There was more room than we had anticipated. The linen service could probably be better as the towels were sub par as far as size and quality. Overall the property was very nice and would stay here again in the future.

Accurate description, bad cleaning

Ill start by saying as far as pictures and location go, it is very accurate. Beach was 2-3min walking and the rooms looked exactly as pictured. I wont say the stay wasnt pleasant, but we did run into a situation checking in. When we arrived we found dead roaches of varying sizes all over the hoise. I appreciate that a pest control was used before we arrived, but i dont have much confidence that the house was cleaned well before we arrived. Fortunatley we didnt see any live roaches (inside), but our experience was definitely soured by that. For the hefty cleaning fee i would expect a bit better. All in all we did the house and location.

Great Location, less than two minutes to beach. The view from the front porch is amazing, great place to eat breakfast! The house has games and other little things for families to do at night.
