This adorable oceanfront condo offers guests a DVD player, a selection of DVDs, wireless internet access and four TVs. The living room and all three bedrooms have smart TVs with access to streaming services and a YouTube TV guest account. The dining area features a high table with seating for six. Wake up in the master bedroom and experience amazing views over the Atlantic Ocean.

The large porch offers privacy and room for lounging in a pair of adirondack chairs or outdoor dining with seating for four. Shared community amenities include an outdoor shower with cold water and a grilling area with park grills.

Just a minute off the G.V. Barbee bridge, Sea La Vie gives convenient access to Caswell Beach, Oak Island and mainland diversions. The Oak Island Beach Villas condos in Caswell Beach are located just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club and its restaurant.

Though no guest pets are allowed, guest with allergies should note that dogs may be present during owner reservations.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Very good

We loved our stay at this place. Good location on a quite and beautiful beach. The condo is clean with a well equipped kitchen. Property management is very responsive to a couple of minor issues we had at the beginning of our stay. One problem to be noted. It appears the hot water tank is small. After a rushed cold shower the first day, we staggered shower time, which solved the problem. We are a party of three adults.

Great condo. Great view.

Need more pillow options. They were hard and thick. Had to pull one out of the sham. Might sound picky,but it will make or break your night sleep. Over all a very nice stay. We highly recommend it.
