This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Let your dog run in the wide open, fenced-in backyard while you sit on the porch and watch boats cruise by on the Intercoastal Waterway. Built in 2020, this dog-friendly rental is nestled on the ICW near the southern tip of Oak Island and provides the perfect quiet getaway that slows down life compared to other properties.

Stroll down the pier leading to the ICW to catch your dinner, step on your boat waiting for you at the floating dock or sit underneath the covered dock to enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and the salty breeze.

This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home built in 2020 is the perfect getaway home for you and your family. Enjoy the master suite which features a king size bed and a walk-in shower and granite countertops in the master bath. Two other bedrooms welcome you to a queen bed while the final bedroom hosts bunk beds perfect for the little ones in your group.

Each bedroom features its own flat screen tv and wireless internet access is available throughout the whole home to ensure you are as connected - or disconnected - from the outside world as you would like. Log in to your personal services to stream your favorites or catch up on local channels via the digital antenna.

Enjoy family time in the open floor plan living space that features an electric fireplace that sits right below a flat-screen cable tv in the living room, a large dining room table and a state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances built to cook up a meal to feed the whole crew.

After a long day of playing in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Finally, close out your day watching the sun fade over the water as the stars appear from the covered back porch.

Beautiful Home and Location

This is a wonderful spot right on the intracoastal waterway with great views and a quiet neighborhood. The house, recently built, has a great layout and is in perfect condition. We very much enjoyed the screened porch for reading and meals. Highly recommend.

Great quiet rental

Place is perfect! Peaceful and well maintained by owners. We had a couple of very minor issues that were immediately handled. Owners are great and very hands on. Only complaint was floor needs a good cleaning. More a cleaners issue than owners. Definitely would stay there again!
