Good stay
Overall clean, easy to get too. Only thing theres a playhouse/guest house that isnt listed. Gave us the impression that there was only 1 shower according to the listing even tho theres 2. Grill and dining table need to be new, Table has water damage. Grill is super wobbling. Overall we had a great stay

Pictures Misrepresent the Property
The pictures on the web site completely misrepresent the condition of the property and the amenities on the property. Pictures show lush grass surrounding the property but it was all dirt with only a small putting green with fake grass. Amenities listed a pool. There is no pool just an above ground hot tub. The garage was filled with trash and smelled like something was dead in the garage. The access to the "cute outhouse" was block with a down tree blocking the gate; The rattan outdoor furniture was broken and dirty; the garbage dumpster where we were to place filled trash bags was overflowing when we arrived & was not emptied while there. Supplied 2 trash bags for a 3 night stay. We would not recommend this house. Contacted VRBO, sent pictures and they agreed total misrepresentation, but said there was nothing they could do since we did not report it within 24 hrs of arrival. Said thats policy and were not willing to make it right.

Great location.
Perfect getaway house. 10 minutes away from town and from bass lake. If the outdoors isn’t you thing, then there’s plenty of activities inside the house for you to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Great house but not much for small kids to do
It was great although there was no hot water thank God there was a guest house so a little inconvenient but we had to use the guest house to shower. Overall beautiful home and a beautiful scenery. Would definitely rent again!

Was all that was Advertised!!
You folks are Very Good Host. I asked for the Hot Tub Prepared, and it was @100 degrees. Fire place was enjoyed. My best Happiness is the way you layed out small mattresses for 12 people around the floors> My son and I enjoyed the Pool Table and the Video game. My 11 yrd old had a Happy night. We will definitely remember you in the Future!!

Nice House
We enjoyed our stay! We are a family of 6 plus my eldest son’s girlfriend and two small dogs. We all have fun! Very roomy and complete with kitchen amenities and the hot tub is a bonus. We will definitely comeback!
