This is a Studio size room w/ private bath (standup shower, sink and toilet) and kitchen. It is located in our beautiful backyard with private entrance from the side. The home is located on a very quiet, safe and family friendly cul-de-sac with a beautiful front and backyard.

We are located very close to freeways 880, 92, 580 etc. BART is close by as well. Also shopping and dinning restaurants are blocks away.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Not as advertised, but can be great with improvements
We did not stay because the studio was not as advertised and did not work for us. Mona worked with us and issued a refund. If things are improved, this can be a great place to stay. Large studio in large fenced in backyard. - Wifi was advertised as 100mbps. Wifi is actually from the main house ~100 feet across the yard and provided 10mbps download and 24mbps upload. - Refrigerator did not work and gave off a bad smell. Host said she has contacted contractor to work on it. - No plates/utensils/cookware in studio, but host asked if we wanted any from the house. - Floors were not clean. Feet picked up dirt and dust shortly after showering. - Upon arrival, host said she did not know we were bringing our dog and would not have approved our request if she knew. Myself and VRBO support confirmed that the listing advertised dogs welcome, we included 1 pet in the reservation, and we paid the pet fee.
