The pool was filled with dirt. I killed a roach the first night and there was a spider in the towels.

Thank you for your review. The pool is shut down and is no longer listed as an amenity on reservation sights. As for the insect problem, we will look into that and have a solution for it asap.

We liked the area which you are located at easy access to the highway. What we diss liked was the bird's an their drippings everywhere. But other than that it was a wonderful time.

Not bad

Pros: Location to downtown Hayward.
Location: It is right off the highway with restaurants, cinema, and other things to do downtown.
The rooms were really clean. They could use some updates to make it better (new shower curtains, towels, comforters, furniture) although it looks like they are trying. The Travelocity site states they have a continental breakfast, they actually haven't had one in over a year. The swimming pool is not in use as well.

Under Budget Inn

This place is a joke! I'm thinking this is a legitimate place. False advertisement I took the place because of the pictures and also I'm looking for my daily breakfast. The Place does not match the pictures and they do not provide breakfast. The room that was given to me should have provided a double bed which and only one bed was provided one of the beds was missing. And the bathroom the ceiling was patched. And the other bed the pillows were flat as the flat lands. And although the rooms were non-smoking it smell like there was always smoke coming from other rooms. I don't think this place was a legitimate place to lay your head for over an hour.

Dont go here

The staff are rude the room was gross ended up just leaving and going to a much nicer hotel! Don't stay here it's dirty!!

Dirty with very unfriendly staff.

The staff was unwilling to help out in any way. They were very unfriendly. The continental breakfast is a joke.

Cheap and ok

U can smell the fresh paint but the remote control didn't work for the tv burn marks n the covers and no extra towels it's an ok place I've stayed before awhile back
