Staff were not available, had to call 3+ times, waited almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in around 12pm. The water was burning our eyes when we were showering, had a strong chlorine smell every time we showered. Not sure what that was about. Room was clean and served its purpose though.

This was my initial stay at a Fairfield facility. Lobby looked great, staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Pillows could probably be replaced soon but did not impact the overall experience. Breakfast set up area was clean and there was a good variety of different foods. Starbucks is within walking distance, 7/11 and other quick restaurants are close by. Freeway entrance was nearby as well. Will be back tomorrow for another stay.

Our check in experience is remarkable. Kino the front desk person who we deal with was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be booking with them again when we return to SF. Breakfast was great too and the access to the hotel to everywhere is quite easy too.
