Incompetent Management. Not maintained property, (HVAC been out for over two months)! Oversold rooms that are habitable, forgot to tell customers and “can’t refund because booked through Travelocity”. Basically can’t take any responsibility for maintaining property or reservations. Also worst part of town: dangerous after dark and no room service. So risk a knife fight or go hungry or gribhub.

Simple and comfortable
I went into the trip understanding that the room would be small. The room was played out nicely and was well-appointed with everything that I needed. The hotel has a great fun vibe (except for the hallways—kinda creepy). The staff were excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this hotel, except for one thing. The ventilation. With the fan on, it was impossible to sleep. It was so noisy. With it off, the room got super hot. We were sweating. It was very unfortunate, because everything else about this hotel is great. I don't know that we would stay there again, because of the sleepless night and stuffy room. Please fix so we can return!

The service at his hotel is 10 stars! They are friendly, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was part of the family there. Fresh coffee in the morning, snacks at night. Lovely views. Very cute lobby and adorable bar. The manager, front desk, and bartenders were the best! I will come back again for sure!! I highly recommend this hotel for the service alone.

The staff were so incredibly nice, however the gym is very poorly equipped - which is a pain, the rooms are kinda small too and the plumbing made klunky sounds.

Amazing Stay!!!
The Moxy is definitely a gem. My experience is normally in the bar/lounge area. It was my first experience in a room. It was so clean, so quaint and I can’t wait for my next stay.
