For groups seeking a spacious, standalone option, the Bunkhouse may be reserved independently, provided the main cabin is unoccupied. This private, lock-off suite features a dedicated entrance and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with a sleeping configuration of two queen beds and four single beds.

While it does not include a full kitchen, the Bunkhouse is equipped with convenient amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, TV, and internet. House Rules

Check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM.

No smoking inside (outdoors only, away from buildings).

No parties/events; quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM to respect neighbors and wildlife.
No pets (horses welcome with advance notice).

Max occupancy: 14 in main cabin (22 total with bunkhouse)—exceeding may result in eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for damages; a security deposit may be required.

Please leave the property as found; excessive cleaning fees may be applied.

No illegal activities or fireworks.

Respect the environment: use the fire pit responsibly (check local bans). This cabin is located in a true wilderness setting. You may see mice, squirrels, deer, elk, or
moose. Please do not be alarmed — this is part of the mountain experience. Store food
properly, never feed wildlife, and keep children supervised outdoors.

Supervise children at all times near the river and fire pit.

Accepted reservations require a Copy of the primary guest's ID (matching credit card/name/address), as well as a completed group questionnaire (including group makeup, travel purpose, and license plate number if driving).

Full compliance with local regulations is required; violations may result in early termination.
