The kitchen and dining area are located on the top level, providing breathtaking views of the waves rolling in. The living area is traditional for this era, featuring a single bed and an additional single bed in a sunroom area. Off the living area is the master bedroom with a double bed, allowing adults to escape from the children's chatter. The bathroom and laundry are also conveniently located on this level. The ground level boasts a fantastic games room for the kids to hang out.
