Full and dreary

Our room, a suite was dull with dreary and inadequate lighting and decor was tired. The bed was huge and comfortable and the bathroom worked fine so the 2 most important things worked. Poor soundproofing so we could hear dogs barking and children screaming in nearby rooms. Breakfast was adequate. Helpful staff but this was a disappointment. I know it’s a Holiday Inn but the reviews had suggested it was out of the ordinary. It wasn’t.

Property was great! Five out of five that this hotel was excellent because everything felt great. Bathroom was great with hot water and the breakfast buffet was excellent. If your look to book a hotel in Oaxaca, this is the place and will not forget it.
