The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was large but did not have a coffee maker or kettle. The water pressure in the shower was low and there was often not enough hot water. The description of the room is a bit misleading as there is no courtyard directly attached to the room, it's an interior courtyard throughout the hotel. The bathroom window opens up to this area with no screen so that means bugs can get in. There is no elevator, so accessibility is an issue. The hotel restaurant was superb, however it closes early.
