Located in Oban town centre, this first floor apartment is well-equipped and is ideal for those wishing to explore the west coast of Scotland by day and sample the variety of restaurants and bars in the evening. It is also a great base for touring Argyll and the Highlands. Oban is a small bustling harbour town and has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. McCaigs Folly towers above the town and the distillery offers the keen connoisseur a chance to sample a wee dram. Regular ferry trips to Mull, Iona, Kerrera and Lismore leave from the harbour, and nearby Sea-Safari trips offer a chance to glimpse dolphins, whales and eagles, as well as the famous Corryvreckan Whirlpool. Nearby outdoor activities include fishing, golf and a variety of water sports, and there are numerous forest trails for cycling and walking. Fort William, Glencoe and Inveraray are within easy reach. Beach 3 miles. Shops 50 yards, pubs 150 yards and restaurants 100 yards.
This is a lovely apartment that appears recently updated. The open kitchen/ living area has large windows and is spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great and an easy walk to restaurants and the main street in Oban. There is a large Tesco a 2 minute walk away. They offer daily parking at a reasonable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again.
Lovely stay in this comfortable,, spacious apartment in a great location in Oban. Close to everything with a nice view of the water from the main living room. I would reach out to the management company or VRBO a day or so before checking in as no information sent in advance of that. Once we received Mannyâs number and contacted him we immediately got check in instructions.
This place is spacious with updated bathrooms/kitchen. Comfy beds. Great location and easy walk to train/ferry or any number of restaurants. We met Mario and he is a great hoist.
This is a lovely property right in the center of Oban. The flat is spacious and well appointed and actually a bit nicer than the photos show. There are parking spots right outside the flat but with a 2 hour limit, however thereâs another longer term car park just a short walk away. We were there in August and had no problem getting parked. Easy walk to pubs, restaurants, Dunollie Castle and the ferry terminal.
Only issue we had was not receiving any emails from the property owner ahead of time, however VRBO gave us his mobile number and he showed up within minutes to give us the keys. Overall a lovely property in a great location that I would absolutely use again when in Oban.

Parken ist nur ĂŒber Nacht an der Wohnung möglich, tagsĂŒber eher schwierig, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden, aber möglich.
