With 45 m², the accommodation has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people, ideal for families or small groups. It features a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, Smart TV and wifi connection to keep you connected. The bathroom includes a shower tray and hairdryer, as well as air conditioning and heat pump heating for a comfortable stay in any season.



The apartment is located near the community pool area, with access to a shared terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and an assigned barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. You will also have space to safely store your luggage and mosquito nets throughout the accommodation for an uninterrupted rest.

The plot and residential area are fenced, ensuring safety for walks or outdoor activities within the community. In nearby districts such as Villaharta or Espiel, you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and a nearby petrol station for any urgent needs. Proximity to Sierra Morena offers multiple options for hiking, bird watching and nature activities.



The covered parking in the same building is accessed by code provided on the day of arrival, with assistance available if any inconvenience arises. The maintenance and security staff is present to help you during your stay and ensure the proper functioning of the complex.
