駐車場までの距離があり駐車場が分かりづらい。新しく入った人だったのか？対応時に確認しますと、その都度事務所に行って確認しての対応でチェックイン時時間がかかった。部屋は普通でした。

キャビンの温泉がとても良かったです古いホテルという感じはありましたが、清潔にされていて落ち着ける空間でした帯広中心街地図を用意してくださっててとてもわかりやすくたすかりましたありがとうございます😊
