Can Sleep 6 people. 8 people if Airbed is used. Spacious Kitchen for family gathering. Big Fenced Backyard to play outdoor games and entertain guests. Great Location to Explore Everything. Not far from the World Equestrian Center.

3 bedrooms available.
Master bedroom has a king size bed that can sleep two.
There is also an air bed available for use in one of the closets.
Double Room has a full size bed that can sleep two.
Twin Room has 2 twin beds. Each bed can sleep 1.
Linens are all provided.

2 bathrooms available.
One bath is in the master bedroom.
Another bath is a shared bath.
Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths are provided.

Security Camera is outside of the house for safety purposes.

Some Key Things to Note:
During stay:
(1) Please put garbage buckets on the curb on Wednesday nights. Garbage Truck picks up garbage on Thursday mornings.
(2) Please do not adjust A/C below 70 degrees.
(3) No smoking in the house.
(4) BBQ grill , tables , chairs, kiddie pool, & pop up gazebo/ tent in the garage for usage. Perfect for backyard deck usage.

At check out:
(1) Place garbage in buckets outside the house. Do not leave in the house.
(2) Do not leave food in the fridge.
(3) Put dirty sheets and towels on the floor.
(4) Turn off all lights.
(5) Make sure all doors are locked.
(6) Put key back into lockbox.

Good stay
This was a good stay for my family. House was clean. Large master bedroom. Grocery store about 5 minutes away. Fenced in backyard was nice for our dog. Overall a quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating for us.

Escaping Chicago
We came to Florida to get some bicycle riding in because it’s stupidly cold in Chicago now. This property was an excellent location for us as we were never more than an hour away from enjoyable paved trails, friendly people and exciting wildlife. We felt welcome from the moment we entered the door. The home had everything we needed including great communication and rapid responses from the host. All appliances worked without issue. The house remained cool during the hottest times of the day offering a nice escape after riding and providing comfort for our old dog who made the trip with us. There is a grocery store and a Walgreens close to the house. We rode the Withlacoochie Trail, the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail and the Cross Florida Greenway Trail. We also did a kayak tour with Crystal River Kayak Co. Fun adventures every day!

Great location as a "home base"
Nice house with good layout. Everything was good during our week stay. Could use a nightlight in the master bathroom. And the living room light fixture with six 100watt bulbs was a bit bright for us. A nice side lamp would be appreciated. The king size bed was deliciously comfy! The owner was very communicative
