The dining area and kitchen offer seating for 10 guests comfortably and boasts a fully stocked kitchen perfect for those evenings you may like to enjoy a night in and prepare a meal. Both bedrooms are roomy offering a primary bedroom with king bed and private bath and second bedroom with 2 twins and a twin rollaway bed.

The Quay is a highly desirable oceanfront building located on 107th Street offers indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room saunas in both public restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch open seasonally!

$100 Quay resort fee is required and includes indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch and one (1) parking space. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $100 for the week.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
