Welcome to our Wave Haven, located across the street from Fenwick Lighthouse Museum, you will be close to everything when you stay at this comfortable and fully stocked condo. Park the car for your stay because within a few blocks you can walk everywhere you want to be: on the beach, walking path, waterfront restaurants, tax-free shopping in DE, mini-golf, waterpark, ice cream shops, tackle store, shopping, go karts, arcade, spa, boat/jet-ski rentals, and happy hour. Take the bus around the corner down to the boardwalk!
Experience the best of both worlds in Fenwick Island and North OCMD! Pillows/Linens for beds and bath & kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags and even shampoo/conditioner/body gel are complimentary with your stay.
Relax on the patio, in the hot tub, enjoy game nights, or stream your favorites on the Roku. On-site pool access is included during summer stays.

Property Highlights
Relax and unwind as you walk into your private patio with a well-maintained hot tub and enter your end/bottom floor condo (only 4 deck steps) via keyless entry to the comfortable and bright living area furnished with a large couch with pull out queen bed, and Roku TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils, coffee maker, blender for your daiquiris and oven/microwave/toaster for your cooking needs. A washer/dryer set is located right off the kitchen. All of the TVs have brand new Roku’s and free Wi-Fi so you can stream whatever streaming services you have. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a TV with a full bathroom and has private sliders to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. Pack-n-play with extra fitted sheets, potty seat, clip on highchair are onsite ready for use for your little one. Family games and kid’s books/toys. There is an on-site inground outdoor pool. The private patio has an umbrella, table and chairs that are perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. It also offers plenty of space for all of your sandy beach gear. We had a wonderful time where we stayed at the Villa, everything was exceptionally clean except for a few places that I had to clean up, as I also informed the owner of what we found. It was wonderful for walking distance to the beach, other than having to cross a main Highway. If I had any questions for the owner she immediately replied within minutes to a couple hours. The hot tub was perfect, except that it wouldn't get up to the temperature it was supposed to get up to you which was fine by me cuz 104 is just way too hot for my body. We left three swimming pool rafts, as we did not need to bring them back. So I hope the next visitors enjoy them. We never use the dishwasher as we ate out pretty much every night. And a few dishes that were used we just hand wash them and put them back in the cupboard. Just the one anyone, that I forgot to mention to the owner that when you use the dryer, a bunch of sand will fall out of the lint catcher for some reason and we had to sleep up constantly because of the sand. The water pressure was amazing when you took a shower or a bath. I like the fact that they had extension cords with multiple outlets on them. If you use the outlets behind the lamps make sure you turn the lamps off and not the switch As that outlet will keep your phones from charging through the night. Same as in the living room. I wish we were able to stay longer as the place was just perfect for a family of four. I hope the next family enjoys the villa as we did.

This place was perfect for us! Everything was very clean and fresh! The hot tub was perfect and even though it faces the parking lot, it is very private. Another thing that I was not expecting was that there is free public parking at the beach and plenty of it. That really made it very convenient. I would very much recommend this place.

Perfect and close to everything!

We will definitely stay here again. The condo is within walking distance of just about everything. The host was very responsive to messages. The day we got there the pool water level was down about a foot and a half. After messaging them, someone was out right away to look at it and by the next day the water was back to where it needed to be. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and they were working on getting someone out there to fix it. The washer spin cycle is really noisy and they are aware and plan to replace it. We just had to make sure not to run it when my granddaughter was sleeping. They had a nice variety of snacks on the counter for us as well as some toiletries if you forgot something. The pool and hot tub are nice to relax in after a day at the beach. While there is a parking lot, street parking is much closer to the door, so that’s where we parked. We had an amazing week. Thank you!!
