Room was nice but the beds were like sleeping on concrete. Lack of hot water in the bathroom was an issue. Maintenance looked into it and was able to provide some hot water but not enough for two people to take a shower and there was still no hot water to the sink. Also, the lack of water pressure in the shower made taking a shower difficult. Hotel also had an issue with providing enough ice for all guests, continuously running out. This could only be resolved by purchasing a cooler and ice from a local store. All of the staff were very nice - room was clean and the view was OUTSTANDING! Still waiting for the refund of the $100 credit card charge that was required upon check in for "incidentals" - there were none.

It was lovely except for the difficulty we had checking in. We were first given a key that didn't work. We then were given a key to a room with people already in it. It took several trips to finally get our room. Once we did, it was lovely.

The room overlooked the beach and the hotel was pet-friendly, however the room wasn’t cleaned properly, some hair in the bathroom/shower and dirty sink:( it was a very convenient location on the beach with lots of food options in the area.

The room was clean and exactly as described. The pullout couch is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but as expected. The staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating overall with getting us all the extra towels, and they were in good communication upon check-in. I would recommend.

Pay attention to the little things.

The staff were very nice, it was clean, and right on the beach. But if all the little things start adding up, it gets disappointing. Television was limited to about 12 channels which the staff blamed on the dish company. The ice machine never worked the entire time we were there. Staff said it always broke. The room safe was laying on a shelf next to the refrigerator but was not mounted. You could walk out of the room with it. It was the size of a brief case and pretty useless if not mounted. The shelf in the shower was broke so we had to put the soap and shampoo on the floor. Just overall disappointing.

in the 45 years of traveling and staying in hotels I have never been charged for parking. SeaLoft charges $20 per night! I parked elsewhere...the sheet were used and I found tiny bugs...the shampoo made my hair feel like I washed it with carnuba wax. At 8:30 a maid walked into my room without knocking! I as not expecting so many disappointments because my first stay a year earlier as great

Great stay

Hotel was recently renovated, and is in great shape. Very clean and comfortable. All staff was very friendly. They were out of coffee for the rooms. They offered coffee in the lobby instead, but it was hardly ever available.

Lovely beach hotel

I had a great time staying here. The room layout was perfect for a friend trip. There was plenty of room to move around and do your own thing without being on top of anyone else. We had a room facing the ocean and it was just incredible. The staff was so helpful and attentive! I would stay here again but there were a couple things that need updating. Control of the lighting was kind of wonky. I had to stand on a chair to reach a light switch 7ft off the ground. The bottom of the bathroom shelf broke when I was showering.
