Absolutely Adorable Boaters Paradise! 2 bedroom 2 bath with a private pier & Boat Slip. Walking distance to Jolly Roger and a 10 minute walk to the Beach & Boardwalk. Close to Restaurants, amusement parks, putt putt golf and entertainment. This is a perfect location to dock your boat in a protected cove and still have quick access to Assawomen Bay! The Owner has just installed (3) new Smart TV's! Living Room is a 58", Main Bedroom is a 48" and the 2nd bedroom is a 36" Smart Tv's!

Cute house! We were looking forward to going on the dock but it had boards missing and the step down was nearly crumbling. Otherwise, we had no issues and enjoyed it!

Older condo but great neighborhood and neighbors. Centrally located so the teenager can go off to the boardwalk and the adults. The boat dock was unsafe loose boards, tilted in. The neighbors let us use their dock. New bathrooms but old kitchen full loaded.
