Each unit features generous living space, modern kitchen and bath, large balcony overlooking the ocean and outdoor pool for great views day or night. Units are equipped with unit air conditioners and the building includes: coin operated laundry room, private parking and an elevator. Some parking spaces are under the building and have height restrictions. Smoking is restricted to the parking lot only.
