The 9400 Building provides everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the sand.

First night

Initial set up a little confusing as the cable was not hooked up in any rooms, one box was the cable cord was Broke and in the master there was no place to attach of convenience so was not utilized for vaca. The fan/light took a few min to figure out. But otherwise was a nice place. The pull out is not comfortable. Could use a new mattress. All other beds were good.

Could use better lighting

The pull out bed is very uncomfortable. It could use better lighting. The ceiling fan/light in the dining area is on a remote control only. We were not aware of this until I contacted the rental company. Found the remote in the kitchen utensil drawer. A few things could be updated / repaired.

Disappointing

The place sleeps 8 and there are exactly 8 forks and spoons and glasses. There is 1 pot in the kitchen. Throughout the place cabinets and drawers are full of the owners things significantly limiting the ability to put things away. The place is in significant disrepair; missing cabinet handles, pictures falling off the wall, medicine cabinet falling, faucets in the shower very difficult to turn, insufficient hot water. The dining room table is small and only has 4 chairs. The location is great. I would stay in the building again but not this unit. The building is great- has an ocean front pool and large deck.

Ocean City

Property was great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Property is close to grocery store, and restaurants. Beach and pool are accessible. Beach view from balcony. What more can you ask for?

Several improvements needed

The condo needed many repairs and updates, and was not clean. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, coffee maker did not work, bathroom mirror did not close to the cabinet, balcony had very wobbly chairs (unsafe for kids), water would not get hot for a shower. It was in a nice location but we were disappointed in the quality and cleanliness for what we paid to stay.
