We canceled our reservation because they wanted to charge us to park in the parking lot and also another $250 to give back to us when we checked out and when i said ill pay cash because i dont like giving ppl access to my cards they said we dont take cash here but not even 2 minutes later someone came up to pay for food and a drink and they let them pay cash. I said cancel my reservation and im leaving and we left and went somewhere else. We will never stay there again

The hotel is conveniently located, close to just about everything in OC. The only downside was the elevator situation, which got pretty chaotic when the popular on-site restaurant was busy. It made getting to and from our room a bit frustrating at times. Other than that, everything else was great. Overall a good stay. Loved the room and the views—definitely a highlight.
