This lovely 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo has it all! Just steps to the beach, this condo is on the side of an oceanfront building, and has an ocean view from the balcony. When you're not playing at the beach, lounge around the oceanfront pool, or visit the many shop and restaurants in the immediate area. This condo has been updated and has soothing coastal tones for total relaxation. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, 2 Smart TV's, Free WiFI, a/c, and parking for 1 car. The property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
