This retreat has never been rented and boasts a brand new 15 SEER HVAC heat pump installed for added comfort and convenience. Enjoy access to a private balcony, a great place to unwind after a long day exploring the area, or doing laps in the shared outdoor pool.
The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one big and inviting space. The living room is a delight itself with comfortable furniture and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. Cooking will be the easiest task ever thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen and all of its appliances and cookware available. The four-person dining table is perfect for family meals, but if you're in a rush to get to the pool, the breakfast bar offers four dining spots as well.
THINGS TO KNOW
The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.

Please note that this condo is located on the first floor but above the parking area. Accessible by stairs or elevator.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
