I've stayed with the majestic several times in the past. It's a good apartment rental for me because I don't spend a lot of time inside. It's a little dated but they keep it clean. And I'm normally just looking for somewhere to sleep, shower, and charge my phone. The air conditioning was not very strong and one of the bedrooms. And the bedrooms were not separate from each other; you had to walk through bedroom one to get to bedroom 2. Other than that it was a good rental and I didn't have any problems

I gave this hotel a 1 because there wasn't ana option for 0. I liked that they had ac that worked and a stove that worked because nothing else worked in the whole hotel. Our fridge was broken the light sockets were junk the plugs just fell out was suppose to have TV and Wi-Fi which both didn't work either . I tried to get a partial refund and they run you around saying the manager is not in call back tomorrow and they avoid any issues you have. Was told that that don't handle any complaints your on your own to deal with them unless someone falls from the banister or.aomwrjinhbod that nature.( Which the railings are lose and the structure is falling apart) Saw several ppl write dump on the side of the building. Also if is known for critters such as bed bugs.

They just canceled my booking at the last minute, and they ruined my whole trip! They should respect a customer! The guy in the reception was unprofessional and disgusting! He should talk to the client respectfully!!!

I request from you a refund part of the room’s reservation fee, because the toilet wasn’t working properly and while we took our bath, the water run from warm to completely cold, without adjusting the temperature.Rhis wasn’t a nice experience, that is why I deserve to receive part of the money that I spent back. Great location and price, cleanliness needs help.

This hotel is a good price for the location to the boardwalk. Now when I first checked into my room it smelled terrible. Very damp and moldy and made me sick to my stomach. I wish I had immediately gone to the front desk to complain but I didn’t since it was a very busy time of year and they did say that they were pretty booked. I had to go out and buy multiple air fresheners to help mask the smell while I was there. Very disappointed with that and the overall cleanliness. The heated pool was an unexpected surprise though!!

The place was okay for our family. Had everything we needed for a great trip to OC. Only thing that really bothered us all was the stomping and footsteps heard from the apartment above us. It was very loud and kept us up at night. That and it was a little run down/dirty feeling. Besides that, we were satisfied.

100 year old hotel should not be renting it out because they don’t keep up with it. It’s the last summer and they are knocking it down. They should let Expedia know that. Everything was falling apart and it was gross.

The beds were not the correct size, the microwave and refrigerator were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned, the pullout couch bed was unusable, there was mold all over the ceiling in the main area and bathroom, and in the bathroom, the tub clearly hadn't been cleaned and had a hair clog, most of the outlets didn't work, cockroaches in the room, this place is a dump and I'm disgusted with the amount I paid for these conditions.
