Welcome to Malibu in Maryland! One of a kind and GORGEOUS! Sleek modern meets Old OC rustic charm for an unforgettable vacation experience! This is your premier home at the beach. Fully remodeled inside and out in 2021, this luxurious 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhouse features outstanding beach and boardwalk views. Located on the north end of the historic Ocean City boardwalk, this large 2 story townhome offers beamed ceilings, an oceanfront gourmet kitchen, with a large island to prepare wonderful meals, all in an inviting floor plan. This retreat also boasts a first floor bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom. The second floor has a large ocean front primary bedroom, with a deck and a luxurious bathroom. There is also a second bedroom on the same level, also with an en-suite bathroom and its own deck. The large oceanfront deck on the first level has all new furniture to enjoy those beach views and sunrises. This deck adjoins a wonderful pergola with an automated retractable roof, with inviting outdoor dining underneath. There is a courtyard that is secured, a great place to leave those bikes and beach toys. This is so close to great dining, shopping, amusements and nightlife! Come relax and enjoy this magnificent home on the beach - this will be a family favorite that you will book year after year. Come create those special memories that will last a lifetime! * Please note - occupancy is 8, it is NON SMOKING, pets are prohibited. Parking is for 2 cars. There is a Tesla charger on site. The owner does provide a starter package of soaps and paper products. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Owner provides Firesticks on all televisions. All televisions are Smart TVs so that you can access your own streaming accounts from home.
