One of Ocean City's Premiere Condos

The Rainbow Condominium is a small, private high-rise building located in North Ocean City on 112th Street and Coastal Highway. Enjoy the benefits of high-rise living without the crowds and busyness of the taller, larger buildings in Ocean City. Take a refreshing swim in the oceanfront outdoor pool, splash with your kids in the kiddie pool, or step directly off the oceanfront sundeck onto the beach. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and other activities, the Rainbow Condominium is a wonderful retreat for you and your family. Rainbow 603 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the 6th floor, only one unit back from the oceanfront! There is a queen bed and a full bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 TV’s, and 1 DVD player. No smoking. No pets. Limit of 5 people. Upon arrival, a $30 Building Registration Fee is due, payable in cash only to the Rainbow Condominium. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. CONTROL#020586

Condo was very clean and check in/check out process was smooth. The condo has a amazing views, and it was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. Did have to use (and get and return) keys. Spacious condo for 3 people (2 adults and a teenager). Close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Beds were new, comfortable, and clean. Parking was a little confusing, we were told that we would have to pay for on site parking, but we never saw an attendant or parking booth kiosk. There was a labeled space for our unit. Pool was closed/padlocked but the weather was awful for memorial day weekend. I was still a little surprised that it wasn't open at all.

Best One Bedroom Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was fantastic! It was very clean, had updated and comfortable furniture in the unit and on the balcony. The views were incredible. My family of four including my two 20+ yo sons were very comfortable staying here. The only minute issue we had was the size of the tv which TBH was only an issue because we wanted to watch the. World Cup and would have appreciated a tv that was larger than 32". I would highly recommend this unit.
