The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room indoor pool game room sauna tennis courts and library! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee paid with reservation. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $75 building amenity fee per week this includes one parking space. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $55 per week.

Great Condo

We love the Capri. I never stayed in this unit before, but we had plenty of room for our family of four and it was clean. We were also able to check in before 3pm. It was nice having the rental office in the building.The shower head in the back bathroom needs to be replaced. There’s a lot of mineral build up on it and the water sprays out very hard on your skin. Luckily the other bathroom shower worked great. The key lock on the door is hard to get open no matter which key you use. You have to turn it just right to get in. We made a game out of it. One person tried to unlock the door before the others made it from the elevator to catch them.
